About the Role

The Alzheimer's Association is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our efforts in the Capital of Texas region. Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to increase revenue, expand our reach, and enhance our impact in the community.
  • Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders to build a robust network of supporters and advocates.
  • Fundraising: Lead our fundraising efforts, including major gifts, corporate partnerships, and special events, to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a team of staff and volunteers to ensure effective execution of our strategic plan and achieve outstanding results.
  • Communication: Serve as a key spokesperson for the Alzheimer's Association, promoting our mission, values, and initiatives through various channels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including the Regional Vice President, to ensure seamless execution of our strategic plan and achieve shared goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of senior, non-profit management experience, with a proven track record of driving growth, community engagement, and fundraising success.
  • Skills: Proven relationship building, persuasion, and influence skills; ability to inspire and empower staff and volunteer teams; experience in recruiting and developing corporate and community partnerships.
