Position Overview

The VMware Client Success Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing the customer journey and driving the expansion of SHI International's VMware segment. This position requires close collaboration with SHI sales representatives to foster robust partnerships with VMware stakeholders and maintain engagement with key clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular consultations with clients to maximize their VMware investments
  • Meeting established performance metrics
  • Partnering with SHI sales teams and the VMware organization
  • Engaging in ongoing education regarding new product developments
  • Supporting the training of SHI Enterprise Sales teams on VMware offerings
Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years in a sales role required
At least 2 years of experience with VMware products necessary
Bachelor's Degree is mandatory

Essential Skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Proficient in managing relationships at the executive level
  • Comprehensive knowledge of VMware products and services
Preferred Certifications

VMware certifications are advantageous

Additional Considerations

Travel requirements will be determined by SHI Management

Compensation Information

Estimated annual salary range: $80,000 - $140,000, inclusive of base salary and bonuses, contingent on experience and skills.
