Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to lead our partnerships with casino operators, ensuring optimal product implementation and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
As a pivotal member of our team, you will:
- Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Communicate proactively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding any changes.
- Develop and sustain customer engagement programs aimed at long-term success.
- Collaborate with clients to define objectives and execute product strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while fostering strong relationships.
- Provide continuous support and share industry best practices.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients, addressing escalated concerns.
- Prepare and guide clients on new product features.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the industry.
- Familiarity with intricate enterprise solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients effectively.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Advanced project management capabilities.
- A strong track record in problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Skills in troubleshooting.

Compensation:
The salary for this role is competitive and considers various factors, including skills, experience, and organizational needs. The estimated salary range is $82,000 to $105,000 annually.
