Role Overview:

The Visual Media Project Coordinator is accountable for managing the scope, timeline, budget, quality, and client satisfaction of projects throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to closure. This role requires effective communication with all project stakeholders and oversight of project management functions across various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate daily project communications, scheduling, and task management for technical teams.
- Ensure timely completion of systems integration projects while adhering to budget constraints and achieving high customer satisfaction.
- Foster strong, long-term client relationships by managing expectations and communications effectively.

Coordination and Leadership:

- Provide clear leadership and ownership for projects, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Coordinate all activities to guarantee projects are completed on time and within budget, engaging stakeholders and delegating responsibilities effectively.
- Support team members to ensure project success and maintain open lines of communication among all stakeholders.

Project Management:

- Monitor project status, including costs, timelines, and staffing, to ensure successful project completion.
- Conduct field verification of work sites and document potential issues while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Manage project documentation and facilitate design reviews to ensure proper implementation.

Qualifications:

- An associate degree or equivalent experience is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management is essential, with 5+ years preferred for overseeing long-term projects.
- Familiarity with audio/video systems installations and low voltage electrical projects is advantageous.

Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills.
- Ability to navigate complex technical and interpersonal challenges effectively.
