The Creative Visual Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping our design ethos, branding, and visual communication strategies for a leading Global Media & Entertainment organization.

This position is a full-time contract opportunity, with a hybrid work model.


The ideal candidate will steer the visual design vision and craft a design language that enhances and resonates with the company's brand identity.

The perfect fit for this role possesses a profound understanding of how design influences audiences and serves as a crucial element of effective communication.

In this capacity, the Creative Visual Specialist will leverage their design expertise and enthusiasm to navigate the design workflow.

With a strong narrative capability and a well-honed design viewpoint, this role will collaborate with the Experience Design team to manifest our storytelling and value proposition through compelling visual presentations, artifacts, and templates, alongside graphic and visual design across both digital and physical platforms.

This position will contribute to refining and evolving our brand and style guide. The ideal candidate is imaginative, motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and possesses exceptional communication skills.

Essential Qualifications:

1) Proven visual design experience with a robust portfolio showcasing brand work

2) Proficiency in Adobe Suite including Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, and Figma

3) Minimum of 2 years of experience working with prominent global or national brands

Key Responsibilities:

Lead concept development for various business segments within the organization, translating intricate ideas into impactful design artifacts and visuals.


Establish brand identity components, design standards, and style guides to ensure all creative outputs align with stakeholder expectations and our brand vision.


Capable of designing and delivering all necessary graphics, assets (style guides, presentation templates, branding materials), and documentation for significant project requests.


Create client presentations, in collaboration with the design team, that captivate and inspire our clients while adhering to our brand guidelines.

Must possess the ability to present and articulate design direction, concepts, and ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.

Work alongside fellow designers (Visual, UI, UX, Product) to advance our design language and branding initiatives.

Generate design work plans; accurately assess work items and communicate dependencies and challenges as needed.


Engage in the development of the broader design team through discussions, key initiatives, and collaborative projects (such as tool and process research, template and pattern creation).

Inspire innovative thinking and explore new avenues using fresh and unique approaches to design challenges.

Intermediate or Expert Level candidates with PowerPoint or Keynote presentation skills are highly valued.
