Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of specialists, including Directors and Managers, dedicated to the programmatic execution of client campaigns.
  • Oversee the training, mentoring, and professional development of team members, ensuring continuous enhancement of skills and knowledge through both formal certifications and informal learning processes.
  • Take ownership of the Precision output, guaranteeing that superior planning recommendations are delivered in terms of channel mix and budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with existing and prospective partners across various platforms, data sources, and inventory to create innovative, market-leading opportunities that align with client objectives.
  • Provide strategic thought leadership to clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure the financial and operational success of the assigned team.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the media landscape, identifying opportunities related to platform technology, data, and media inventory sources to drive value for clients.
  • Be accountable for the growth of current and potential accounts, ensuring the right talent is aligned with each client’s needs.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital media, with a profound understanding of the advertising technology ecosystem.
  • 5+ years of progressive responsibility within an agency or media organization.
  • 5+ years of experience in people management, overseeing a team of 10 or more in account management or client services.
  • Expertise in Programmatic Marketing.
  • Proven ability to drive test-and-learn initiatives with a focus on incremental results.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Dynamic, entrepreneurial individual with strong interpersonal skills and a robust work ethic.
  • Capability to independently lead projects from inception to completion, collaborating with internal and external teams to facilitate decision-making and maintain progress.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital advertising landscape from either a media planning or sales perspective.
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management and project management abilities, with a knack for managing detailed work and effectively communicating project status to all levels.
