The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on national averages for Licensed Clinical Therapists in Lancaster, PA.

Job Description

As a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician/Therapist, you will play a critical role in our vision to make healthcare better for everyone. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Forming excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinating care with external providers
  • Screening and assessing patients for common mental health conditions
  • Providing treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using evidence-based methods
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (Athena) and clinical documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
  • A clear, active, and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in Pennsylvania
