We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Mental Health Professional to join our team at Ellie Mental Health. As a member of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of children, adolescents, and their families.

About the Position:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary, flexible scheduling options, and a comprehensive benefits package. We are looking for a licensed therapist with experience working with children, adolescents, and families. A Master's degree in social work or a related field is required, as well as licensure in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a creative approach to therapy, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and play therapy sessions
- Collaborate with case managers, families, and other professionals as needed
- Attend clinical staff meetings and training sessions

What We Offer:
- Estimated salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
- Hourly pay structure plus commission on claims

Location:
This position is based in Lancaster, PA, but may require occasional travel to surrounding areas.
