We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team in Lancaster, PA.

About the RoleThis position offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, treating a wide variety of mental health conditions using evidence-based methods.
Key Responsibilities- Form excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers
- Screen and assess patients for common mental health issues
- Provide treatment for various mental health conditions using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
- A clear, active, and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in Pennsylvania
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
- 2+ years of professional experience post-Master's degree
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness
