Mental Health Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and career-driven Certified Medical Assistant to join our mental health team at Ohio Psychiatric Services & TMS Center in Lancaster, OH.
This is a fast-paced and professional medical office with a talented group of Mental Health professionals and coworkers who are dedicated to quality care and superior work ethics.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized, direct patient care under the supervision of healthcare providers.
- Facilitate the flow of patients through the clinic by ensuring timely appointments and escorting patients to exam rooms.
- Triage patient phone calls and forward messages to respective personnel.
- Assist providers with administering injections and medications, performing Urine Drug Tests, and completing referrals.
- Certified Medical Assistant with experience in an outpatient setting.
- Self-driven and a great team player who can assist fellow employees in providing high-quality personalized patient care.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems for documentation, order entry, medication, and laboratory tasks.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $45,000 and $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
