Key Responsibilities:
- Provide crisis stabilization, complete intakes and ongoing evaluations, and offer consultation to in-house and community services.
- Participate in monthly behavioral health calls and collaborate with the medical team to determine overall treatment for each individual.
- Perform risk assessments of inmates, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, and develop discharge plans.
- Assist in planning and implementing program goals and objectives.
- Prepare necessary documentation, records, and reports.
Requirements:
- Must be a Licensed, Master's Level Behavioral Health Clinician with a Master's degree in Social Work (LCSW) or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year employment in a social work capacity in a public or private agency or equivalent.
- Must receive a satisfactory background investigation report.
