VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team at Souza Baranowski Correctional Center in Massachusetts. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide proactive and collaborative care to patients, working closely with medical staff and community services to ensure comprehensive treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide crisis stabilization, complete intakes and ongoing evaluations, and offer consultation to in-house and community services.
  • Participate in monthly behavioral health calls and collaborate with the medical team to determine overall treatment for each individual.
  • Perform risk assessments of inmates, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, and develop discharge plans.
  • Assist in planning and implementing program goals and objectives.
  • Prepare necessary documentation, records, and reports.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Licensed, Master's Level Behavioral Health Clinician with a Master's degree in Social Work (LCSW) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year employment in a social work capacity in a public or private agency or equivalent.
  • Must receive a satisfactory background investigation report.
