The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan and opportunities for professional development.

As a mental health specialist, you'll work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and develop personalized treatment plans for patients. You'll also maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role, you'll need a Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field, and a clear, active, and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT or LPC) in Pennsylvania. Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is preferred, as well as proficiency in computer systems, such as Excel and Athena RMS.
