Job Summary: We are seeking a Part-time Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician/Therapist to join our team in Lancaster, PA. As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care Team, you will be an integral part of our vision to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals and families.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Form excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers
• Screen and assess patients for common mental health conditions using evidence-based methods
• Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (Athena) and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
Competency Requirements:
· Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
· Must have a clear, active, and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in Pennsylvania
· 2.0+ years professional social work/clinical experience post-Master's degree
