Administrative Coordinator

Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences seeks an experienced administrative professional to join our team as a Regional Site Administrator-South Puget Sound Region.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, finance, and project management, with experience working in a higher education setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to a department or program, including managing communications, coordinating events, and overseeing contracts.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and perform financial analysis.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and community partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, finance, or project management in a higher education setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
