Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse and Yard Supervisor to join our team at Dry Box Inc.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse and yard operations, including personnel, equipment, scheduling, inventory, facilities, environment, safety, and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse and yard, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
  • Supervise administrative staff, yard staff, and truck drivers.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party transportation services.
Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2-year degree or technical training.
  • 4 years' experience in warehouse management, yard management, or DOT compliance.
  • Strong verbal and phone skills.
  • Organized and able to handle multiple projects.
  • Able to work overtime as needed.
