Job Details

Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences invites applications for a Regional Site Administrator-South Puget Sound Region position.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, finance, and project management, with experience working in a higher education setting.

The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to a department or program, including managing communications, coordinating events, and overseeing contracts.
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and perform financial analysis.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and community partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, finance, or project management in a higher education setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Compensation

A competitive salary range of $53,400 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
