Comprehensive Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Yakima, WA.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to provide support to internal and external customers regarding various HR and employment-related matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our HRIS system, coordinating with payroll, and providing expert advice on policies and procedures.

This role requires extensive human resources experience, excellent time management skills, and exceptional interpersonal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records in our HRIS system
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related topics to employees and supervisors
  • Support supervisors in staff engagement, performance improvement, and hiring
  • Manage the performance evaluation process for all staff members
  • Administer recognition programs, tuition reimbursement, and other employee benefits
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $40,700 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek, which translates to approximately $36.06 per hour.

In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare coverage, generous vacation and sick leave policies, access to an Employee Assistance Program, and agency-funded retirement plan with contributions equal to 5% of compensation.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Five years of varied human resources experience
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certifications preferred
