Job Summary
Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences (PNWU) is seeking a highly skilled Benefits Coordinator to manage all functions of benefits administration and leave processing. This role will develop recognition events for PNWU employees and ensure seamless benefit processes across platforms.

The successful candidate will have an Associate's Degree, 1-3 years of experience, and strong knowledge in administering various benefits programs. They will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

This position offers a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees, including health benefits, paid time off, 403b with Roth option, and paid holidays. The salary range for this role is $43,600-$65,400 annually, based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain employee benefit records across platforms.
  • Process benefit paperwork and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate and execute HR benefit events.
  • Administer and coordinate all leave statuses.
