About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong clinical and communication skills. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will work closely with our providers and nursing teams to assist with patient care and administrative tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to support our medical staff in delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with patient registration, scheduling, and check-in procedures.
  • Conduct vital signs, prepare patients for exams, and escort them to exam rooms.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographics and medical histories.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant Program is preferred.
  • An active WA MAC license is required.
  • A BLS card is required.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English skills are highly valued.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
