Job Description:

Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Support Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to clients, staff, and visitors while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to all agency departments
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff and clients
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, including receipts and payments
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support the outpatient mental health program by assisting with client check-in, appointment scheduling, and payment processing
  • Verify client eligibility for Medicaid and commercial insurance programs
  • Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Pleasant, professional, welcoming, and friendly demeanor with staff and clients
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple-line telephone system in a busy office setting
  • Experience using standard office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, answering machines, postage meters, and calculators
  • Ability to maintain a positive, team-oriented service attitude toward clients and staff at all times
Estimated Salary Range:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
