Position Summary

The Guest Services Coordinator acts as a customer service representative and sales consultant. This role may require working various shifts, including evenings and weekends, depending on the location's needs. Key responsibilities include serving as a hospitality ambassador, addressing resident inquiries, and assisting with apartment leasing during off-hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome residents and guests warmly as they enter the premises.
  • Familiarize yourself with local attractions and amenities to provide informed recommendations.
  • Distribute brochures, floor plans, and other informational materials to clients.
  • Complete guest cards, conduct mini-tours, and represent leasing interests during non-office hours.
  • Retrieve packages for residents and offer refreshments to guests.
  • Maintain an organized Concierge Binder with relevant information.
  • Ensure the front lobby is stocked with magazines, maps, and transportation schedules.
  • Utilize the Internet to gather information for residents and guests.
  • Keep the front desk and lobby area tidy and orderly.
  • Prepare incident reports and maintain necessary documentation.
  • Adhere to established policies regarding fair housing.
  • Communicate professionally with co-workers, management, residents, vendors, and external contacts.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all interactions with residents and staff.
