We are currently in search of enthusiastic and skilled individuals who possess a love for hospitality, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to excellence to join our Food & Beverage Team. Both full-time and part-time roles are available.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Cheerful disposition and outgoing nature.
  • Availability to work weekends is a must.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
  • This position is part of the Hotel's Food & Beverage Division.

Key Responsibilities of our Guest Reception Specialists include:
  • Welcoming and seating guests, presenting menus, and informing them of daily specials.
  • Ensuring every guest is treated with the utmost care and striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Managing the waiting list and keeping track of guest seating.
  • Maintaining the floor plan and observing the status of tables (clean, dirty, occupied).
  • Accurately providing wait times to guests when tables are not immediately available.
  • Organizing and stocking menus in the reception area.
  • Answering phone inquiries regarding the menu and restaurant services.
  • Engaging with guests upon arrival and departure to enhance their dining experience.
  • Assisting with to-go orders, if applicable.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in restrooms throughout the shift.
  • Regularly sweeping the foyer and entrance area.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
