Position Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated hospitality professional to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. This role involves welcoming and registering guests, delivering prompt and courteous service, and managing guest accounts throughout their stay, all while upholding our Five Star Service Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet guests with a sincere welcome.
  • Utilize a positive and clear speaking voice to listen to guest requests and provide accurate information regarding hotel services and local attractions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in hotel operations and the surrounding area.
  • Efficiently complete the registration process, confirming essential details such as guest count and room rates.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain guest profiles and manage communications effectively.
  • Handle guest mail and packages as requested.
  • Address guest complaints with thorough research to find effective solutions.
  • Take ownership of guest challenges and ensure satisfaction.
  • Remain composed and attentive during busy periods and emergencies.
  • Execute all other tasks as assigned by the Front Desk Manager.
