Position Overview:
The Cashier plays a crucial role in managing the financial transactions within the restaurant, ensuring that every guest receives prompt and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu offerings, including ingredients and potential allergens, to assist guests effectively.
  • Ensure the restaurant environment is tidy and organized, covering all aspects from seating arrangements to ambiance.
  • Keep the cashier station well-stocked with necessary supplies such as writing instruments, order pads, and transaction forms.
  • Accurately process guest transactions, including sales and payments, following established procedures.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and take orders as required.
  • Foster positive communication with all team members.
  • Recognize and appreciate the contributions of co-workers and management.
  • Promote a safe and healthy workplace for both guests and staff.
  • Be informed about the facilities and services available to assist guests proactively.
  • Encourage guests to explore property outlets.
  • Guide guests to various locations within the property, providing clear directions.
  • Address guest complaints following established protocols.
  • Create a supportive environment that enables all employees to reach their full potential.
  • Actively listen to feedback from guests and staff to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Maintain a welcoming demeanor and greet all guests warmly.
  • Embrace and embody the mission and values that define Hard Rock's unique culture.
  • Take initiative in offering assistance throughout the property.
  • Uphold ethical standards to protect the Hard Rock brand.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors to ensure all responsibilities are met.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of guest and employee information.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a service-oriented role.

Additional Requirements:
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
