Overview of the Role
The Lane County Behavioral Health - Mobile Crisis Service Team is seeking proactive and skilled individuals to take on the role of Crisis Services Supervisors. These leadership positions are essential for overseeing the operations and support of the Mobile Crisis Service of Lane County program (MCS-LC), which aims to effectively assist individuals experiencing behavioral health crises throughout the county.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate team meetings and provide both group and individual supervision.
- Engage with clients to ensure quality service delivery.
- Plan and supervise crisis-related behavioral health initiatives.
- Document quality improvement measures and contribute to program planning and policy development.
- Ensure a consistent work schedule for MCS-LC members to maintain 24/7 crisis response services.
- Provide backup crisis intervention services as needed to uphold continuity of care.
- Collaborate with a team of supervisors and senior management to advance behavioral health initiatives.

Lane County Behavioral Health is dedicated to serving over 1,600 individuals with behavioral health challenges. We partner with community organizations to offer a comprehensive range of services from prevention to treatment and aftercare, fostering an environment that encourages resilience and recovery.
Work Schedule
Initial schedules will be Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday, from 2 PM to 11 PM. As the program expands to 24-hour coverage, opportunities for variable shifts will arise. This role may involve mandatory on-call duties, overtime, and non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Community-based work and travel for job-related tasks are also required.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a Behavioral Health field.
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health treatment environment.
- Experience in crisis intervention and management, including work with crisis triage centers or acute care settings.
- Proven ability to oversee treatment service delivery and facilitate collaboration with community partners.
- Demonstrated knowledge of behavioral health treatment systems and effective service models.
- Experience in organizational development and communication strategies to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Commitment to advancing health equity and working with diverse populations.
Licensure Requirements
- Oregon Health Licensure is mandatory: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

- A valid Oregon driver's license is required.
