Position Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Residential Therapist to deliver therapeutic services within our residential treatment program. This role encompasses both in-person and virtual therapy sessions, providing essential support to individuals facing severe mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to residential staff, ensuring high-quality care.
- Collaborate with community providers to enhance service delivery.
- Be available for emergency consultations via phone.
- Participate in crisis intervention training, which includes physical techniques.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position, with a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $6,250 - $7,250 per month, depending on experience and credentials. Additional compensation may be available for bilingual candidates.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Unlicensed therapists must be actively pursuing licensure.
- Completion of two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting.
Successful candidates will also need to pass a criminal background check.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to sit, talk, listen, and use hands frequently. Occasional physical activities such as walking, climbing, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds may be necessary.
