Overview of Lane County Behavioral Health
Lane County Behavioral Health is seeking passionate and skilled individuals to take on the role of Crisis Services Supervisor within our Mobile Crisis Service Team. This position is essential in overseeing and enhancing the support provided to individuals experiencing behavioral health crises throughout the county.
Position Responsibilities
The Crisis Services Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Leading team meetings and providing both group and individual supervision.
- Engaging with clients to ensure quality service delivery.
- Planning and supervising crisis-related behavioral health initiatives.
- Documenting quality improvement efforts and participating in program planning and policy development.
- Ensuring a consistent work schedule for the Mobile Crisis Service team to maintain 24/7 crisis response capabilities.
- Providing backup crisis intervention services as needed to uphold continuity of care.
- Collaborating with a team of supervisors and senior management to advance behavioral health initiatives.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A Master's Degree in a Behavioral Health field.
- At least two years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health treatment environment.
- Experience in crisis intervention and management, including working with acute care facilities and community outreach.
- Knowledge of behavioral health treatment systems and effective service delivery.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with various community partners.
- A commitment to advancing health equity and working with diverse populations.
Licensure Requirements
Applicants must hold one of the following Oregon Health Licensures:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Licensed Professional Counselor
- Licensed Psychologist
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

This position may require flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as community-based work involving travel.
