Senior HR Business Partner

Global Recruiters of Lincoln Square (GRN) is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for a prominent private equity-backed multi-site healthcare services organization. This position will initially require full on-site presence, with the potential for a hybrid work arrangement in the future.

Position Overview

The Senior HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the financial health, strategic direction, culture, and competitive environment of the business units. This role is essential in promoting the organization’s mission while enhancing the overall employee experience. The Sr. HRBP will actively contribute to the formulation and execution of talent management strategies, succession planning, leadership development, and initiatives related to organizational change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of HR functions and processes, providing strategic guidance to management.
  • Facilitate organizational effectiveness and manage change, collaborating to support new initiatives, significant policy shifts, process enhancements, and the adoption of innovative tools.
  • Lead talent assessment, performance evaluation, team development, cultural assessments, and action planning efforts, measuring effectiveness and communicating outcomes to leadership regularly.
  • Collaborate with HR and Benefits teams to design and implement comprehensive total rewards programs.
  • Ensure compliance and effectiveness of all HR initiatives in accordance with local and national regulations, staying informed about relevant guidelines and industry trends.
  • Advise leadership on enhancements to policies, procedures, and programs to optimize operations.
  • Provide employee relations support to leadership and staff, addressing work-related concerns while interpreting and applying organizational policies. Maintain a holistic approach to resolving employee grievances and serve as a mentor to enhance performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in HR leadership roles.
  • Experience in the healthcare services sector is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with a diverse range of internal stakeholders, including executives, managers, and staff.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing programs related to team development, employee retention, recognition, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a talent for conflict resolution, mediation, and consensus-building.
  • Strong change management capabilities, with the ability to adapt swiftly to evolving circumstances.
  • Engagement in talent management practices to foster a sustainable workforce.
  • Proficiency in Office365, applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, onboarding, and performance management software.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple critical initiatives effectively.
  • Willingness to work on-site initially and travel up to 25% as needed.
