Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply HR laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, including Paylocity.
Working Conditions:
- Typically works in a fast-paced office environment, with occasional travel to other locations.
- May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
