Key Responsibilities:
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Recruiting and Hiring: Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer and maintain our benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and support the growth and development of our team members.
  • Government Reporting: Ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations, including EEO-1, VETS, and OSHA reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply HR laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, including Paylocity.

Working Conditions:

  • Typically works in a fast-paced office environment, with occasional travel to other locations.
  • May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
