Senior HR Business Partner

Global Recruiters of Lincoln Square (GRN) is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for a prominent private equity-backed multi-site healthcare services organization. This position is initially fully on-site, with potential for a hybrid work arrangement in the future.

Role Overview

The Senior HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the business unit's financial health, strategic direction, workplace culture, and competitive environment. This role is essential in promoting the organization's mission while enhancing the overall employee experience. Responsibilities include developing and executing talent management strategies, succession planning, leadership development, and facilitating change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute a full spectrum of HR functions, providing strategic guidance to management.
  • Enhance organizational effectiveness and lead change management efforts, collaborating on new initiatives, policy modifications, process enhancements, and the adoption of innovative tools.
  • Facilitate talent reviews, performance assessments, team development initiatives, and culture surveys, measuring outcomes and communicating findings to leadership regularly.
  • Collaborate with HR and Benefits teams to design and implement comprehensive total rewards programs.
  • Ensure compliance of all HR initiatives with local and national regulations, staying informed about current laws and trends in the HR field.
  • Advise leadership on enhancements to policies, procedures, and programs to optimize operations.
  • Provide employee relations support, offering guidance to leadership and staff on workplace issues while interpreting organizational policies. Maintain a proactive approach to addressing employee concerns and serve as a mentor to enhance performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in HR leadership roles.
  • Experience in the healthcare services sector is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing effective processes and programs related to team development, retention, recognition, and diversity initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage conflict, mediate disputes, and build consensus.
  • Strong change management capabilities, with the agility to adapt to evolving circumstances.
  • Engagement in talent management practices to foster a sustainable workforce.
  • Proficiency in Office365, applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, onboarding, and performance management tools.
  • Attention to detail and excellent follow-through, with the capacity to manage multiple critical initiatives simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work fully on-site initially and travel up to 25% as needed.
