Role Overview:
The primary duty of an Industrial Sales Executive is to secure contracts and orders within the Major Accounts / Industrial domain for Tradesmen's offerings.

Sales Executives typically engage in this core responsibility through fieldwork, educating contractors on the unique value that Tradesmen International provides.

They are tasked with identifying and acquiring new business opportunities while nurturing client relationships to enhance the utilization of Tradesmen International's services and workforce.

With uncapped earning potential and swift career advancement based on individual performance, Industrial Sales Executives play a pivotal role in driving new business development, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction in their designated regions.



Key Attributes of a Successful Industrial Sales Executive:


Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with product lines and sectors such as plant maintenance, manufacturing, or job shops is advantageous. Successful candidates will embody the following traits in addition to having a proven track record in industrial sales.

Competitive Spirit: The ability to generate and cultivate new customer accounts to boost revenue, including cold-calling and managing client relationships. Effectively penetrate targeted accounts and expand sales from within the existing client base.

Adaptability and Resilience: Capable of overcoming customer objections and conducting informative presentations, including trade show demonstrations.

Relationship Management: Proven ability to convert prospects into clients while consistently meeting sales targets.

Deliver professional presentations of company services, and cultivate a network of referrals to generate new revenue opportunities.
