We are looking for a **Client Relations Specialist** with outstanding computer and communication abilities.

The Client Relations Specialist will manage service appointments, handle transactions, and facilitate communication between clients and the service team.

**Key Responsibilities**

Process cash, checks, and credit card payments from clients; maintain accurate records and issue receipts

Schedule service appointments efficiently

Assist management with various administrative tasks as required

Handle incoming sales calls in accordance with established procedures

Maintain a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues

Develop familiarity with departmental structures and internal processes to assist clients effectively

**Required Qualifications**

Experience with DealerTrack or Xtime systems, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, is advantageous

Ability to convey clients' interests, needs, and requests to management and sales teams

Professional appearance and demeanor

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
