About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the life sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect pharmaceutical companies seeking CDMO services and qualify new projects with scientists
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure accuracy, timely revision, and fair pricing of proposals
  • Help build the mRNA and Cell Therapy sales process and record information in Salesforce database
  • Provide voice-of-customer to internal partners and continuously build field sales opinions to evolve our value proposition
  • Represent Thermo Fisher brand in a dynamically growing therapeutic area
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business field
  • At least 5 years of field sales or business development experience in the life sciences industry
  • At least 2 years of experience working within CDMO & CRO
  • Experience within cell and gene therapy strongly preferred

We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes a competitive salary range of $128,000.00–$191,975.00, a variable annual bonus, and a range of benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings programs.
