Inside Sales Representative - Therma-Tru

As an Inside Sales Representative at Therma-Tru, you will play a crucial role in fostering relationships with dealers, builders, and architects within your designated area. Your primary responsibilities will encompass reaching out to potential clients, addressing inquiries, and working closely with the external sales team to enhance revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage effectively with clients in your assigned territory
  • Address inquiries and offer technical guidance
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure an exceptional customer journey
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall growth
  • Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer support
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Over 2 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with the construction or architectural sectors
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
