About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Representative to join our team at Spanish Broadcasting System. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy developing sales strategies, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in media sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of the Hispanic market and its dynamics.

This role involves prospecting new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and make sound decisions to drive business results.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new business and grow existing accounts
  • Maintain relationships with current and potential advertising clients
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
  • Analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective account management and sales execution
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business)
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in media sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales or a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with industry tools and software (e.g., Arbitron, Maximazer, Tapscan)
