Millwork Office Professional

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office environment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. They will be responsible for preparing business correspondence, managing files, and maintaining job schedules.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare business letters, memos, and other correspondence via email or fax.
- Manage customer relationships, track interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Process contracts, change orders, invoices, and payments in a timely manner.
- Communicate with clients and billing contacts to ensure prompt payment.
- Assist with verification and processing of subcontractor's invoices and payments.
PAY RATE: $55,000 - $70,000 per year based on qualifications and experience.
About Our TeamWe are a dynamic Millwork company offering material and finish carpentry services for Custom Homes, Commercial, and Residential Projects. We work closely with established Architecture companies, General Contractors, Engineers, and Individual customers.-
