**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to drive our sales cycles from beginning to end. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of the energy industry in a technologically innovative and dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing new business areas for sales of battery-buffered ultra-fast-chargers
- Bringing in new clients through various techniques
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Negotiating project contracts and framework agreements
- Reviewing sales-relevant contract components
- Maintaining long-term relationships with customers
- Supervising communication between key clients and other departments within the organization
- Reporting on the status of customer relationships and sales development
**Salary and Benefits**
The compensation package includes a base salary of $80,000 - $95,000 per year, plus high commission potential. Additional benefits include 9 company-paid holidays, 401K, and insurance benefits.
