Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Sales Professional to represent our MRO services to the commercial aviation sector. This role is based in Doral, Florida.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales growth and effective communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales growth strategies, establishing sales growth through current and new customers, and managing sales opportunities through every stage of the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent GSO Aviation MRO services to the commercial aviation sector;
  • Develop strategic sales growth strategies;
  • Establish sales growth through current and new customers;
  • Manage sales opportunities through every stage of the process;
  • Maintain customer relationship for repeat business;
  • Obtain customer feedback to assist in establishing business development efforts and strategies;
  • Travel as necessary to meet with customers and attend industry events/exhibitions;
  • Perform other sales and marketing tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a related professional field;
  • 5 years prior experience in an MRO sales position for an FAA-certified repair station or similar aircraft maintenance operations;
  • Effective at closing sales opportunities, negotiation skills, and a proven sales track record;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills,
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company work product and related policies and procedures;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Be able to work regular business hours; and
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
