Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Pathologist II to join our team at Sutter Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide assessment, treatment, and care for patients with cognitive, speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote effective communication and swallowing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of California
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
