Rady Children's Outpatient Speech-Language Pathology Department is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing early intervention services to children 0 to 3 years of age, often on the autism spectrum, as well as medically complex children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate children with speech, language, cognitive, feeding/swallowing, and auditory impairments
  • Develop and implement specialized therapy plans to improve language skills
  • Craft family-centered, innovative treatment plans through onsite and virtual visits
  • Present outcome studies at national conferences
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • 3 Years of Experience in Pediatric Speech Therapy
  • ASHA - Speech Lang Path Certification
  • BLS for Health Providers (AHA) Certification
  • Speech Lang Pathologist License
Preferred Qualifications
  • Specialty certification in Speech Pathology advanced practice
  • Pediatric experience
Compensation

The expected hiring range for this position is $48.03 to $66.06. Rady Children's Hospital is committed to compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable.
