Position Summary:
We are pleased to present an opportunity to join Sutter Health as a Speech-Language Pathologist II. This role involves the comprehensive assessment, intervention, and evaluation of patients experiencing cognitive, speech, language, voice, and fluency challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough evaluations to determine patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
2. Foster trust and collaboration with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams through effective communication and compassionate care.
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain patient confidentiality and safety while delivering high-quality care.
4. Provide clinical supervision to assistants and aides, and mentor students as a clinical instructor.

Qualifications:
Education:
Master's degree from an accredited speech pathology program or equivalent experience.
Licensure:
Current state licensure as a Speech Pathologist and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Essential Skills:
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in relevant technology and computer applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and knowledge retention.

Work Schedule:
- Part-Time
- Days: Monday, Wednesday
- Shift Hours: 8
