Director of Business Development-Pantry, Coffee, and Micro Market Sales

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team at Fooda. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers in the pantry, coffee, and micro market industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the pantry, coffee, and micro market sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CEOs, CFOs, and other senior-level executives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with industry leaders.
- Develop and deliver value-based sales proposals to potential clients, aligning with their specific requirements and needs.
- Work closely with our sales engineering team to ensure seamless execution of sales leads and account penetration.
- Manage, nurture, and grow relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of successful direct sales experience in the pantry, micro-mart, and office coffee business.
- Experience in a sales or operations capacity at a food services provider.
- Proven track record of building strong sales relationships and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to develop and deliver value-based sales proposals.
