We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Fooda. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers in the hospital space.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pantry, micro-mart, and office coffee markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level customers to advise them on how to best realize the value of Fooda's services.
- Develop and deliver value-based sales proposals to potential clients, aligning with their specific requirements and responding to inbound client RFPs.
- Explore potential partnerships with industry leaders to expand and promote the Fooda brand.
- Manage, nurture, and grow relationships with key decision-makers to drive business growth and revenue.
- 5+ years of successful direct sales experience in the pantry, micro-mart, and office coffee business.
- Experience in a sales or operations capacity at a food services provider.
- Proven track record of building strong sales relationships and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically, with a strong desire for customer experience excellence.
