About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our Sales team at GDS Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Manage the full sales process, ensuring delivery against key performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in a targeted and performance-based business development role.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a drive to succeed and continuously develop.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
