Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Specialty Contractors Enterprise Sales team: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals: Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Develop and execute sales plans: Create and implement sales plans to achieve revenue growth and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key accounts, including C-suite executives, to generate new business and expand revenue with current customers.
  • Sell to C-suite, solution sales: Sell complex software solutions to C-suite executives and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Travel: Travel up to 50% of the time to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in sales meetings.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of software sales experience: Proven experience identifying and closing seven-figure contracts.
  • Experience in a sales leadership role: Ability to increase sales through the development of high-performance teams and effective sales processes.
  • Demonstrated experience executing sales leadership methodologies: Ownership of all aspects of territory management.
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise SaaS models: SaaS metrics and online sales models.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience selling licenses or subscriptions: Experience selling to large, complex organizations.
  • Construction experience: Experience in the construction industry is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation: Base pay range $159,600 - $219,450 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $319,200 - $438,900.
