Exciting Opportunity as an IT Support Specialist
  • Dynamic Role: Become an integral part of the IT Infrastructure Consulting division, where you will engage with various aspects of infrastructure and participate in stimulating projects.
  • Responsibility and Growth: Collaborate with experienced consultants to deliver remote technical assistance to clients, diagnose hardware and software challenges, and uphold client satisfaction.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide technical assistance through various communication channels to end-users
    • Diagnose and resolve workstation, server, and network complications
    • Administer Office 365 and Windows Server environments
    • Oversee client backup processes and escalate issues when necessary
    • Ensure client security compliance and document support incidents
    • Work with clients and team members to effectively resolve technical problems
  • Desired Skills:
    • Client-focused with outstanding communication abilities
    • Rapid problem-solving skills in a dynamic setting
    • Collaborative team player with a strong sense of accountability
  • Top Skills Required:
    • Minimum of 2 years in remote IT support roles
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows operating systems
    • Preferred educational background includes a college degree
