Key Responsibilities- Clinical Support
- Deliver uncomplicated clinical services and tasks under the supervision of licensed healthcare providers.
- Provide accurate and timely clinical information to facilitate patient care.
- Environmental Maintenance
- Maintain a sterile and clean environment to prevent infection and promote patient safety.
- Ensure proper storage and maintenance of medical supplies, equipment, and instruments.
- Administrative Support
- Perform clerical functions as needed to support the healthcare team.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks.
- Education and Experience
- Graduate of an approved medical assisting program.
- One to two years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Certifications and Licenses
- Current registration/certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.
- Current CPR certification required.
The Clinical Support Specialist will work in a fast-paced patient care environment with minimal exposure to environmental hazards. The role may involve exposure to communicable diseases and moderately adverse working conditions.
