OVERVIEW

As a Senior Administrative Coordinator for the executive leadership of JLL Work Dynamics, you will be instrumental in driving the successful expansion of our operations. You will provide essential support to our Data Center Leadership Team and collaborate across various departments to deliver exceptional assistance. This pivotal role demands meticulous execution, outstanding communication, and innovative thinking to ensure the team is equipped with all necessary resources to meet the ambitious objectives of the portfolio. RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver high-level executive administrative assistance to multiple leaders Organize and oversee calendars and intricate travel arrangements across various time zones Manage expense reports and financial documentation Coordinate meetings, activities, and communications on behalf of the executives Assist administrative teams throughout the organization on diverse projects Organize team meetings and support event planning while collaborating closely with functional team leaders Review and edit planning documents and presentations Serve as the primary liaison among executives, employees, clients, and external partners Ensure timely and accurate information flow Undertake special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant supporting high-level executives, ideally in complex global organizations, or relevant experience Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion and diplomacy Adaptable, resilient, and capable of quickly mastering new concepts Exceptional communication skills across various platforms and mediums (email, text, in-person, video calls, etc.) Proficient in technology and experienced with MS Office, WebEx, Teams, and SharePoint Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not mandatory Flexible location with a willingness to support all US time zones Hybrid position with occasional travel for large events

COMPENSATION

The estimated total compensation for this role ranges from 75,000.00 to 80,000.00 USD annually. This range encompasses total compensation, including potential bonuses. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. Employment offers are based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
