Job Description:In this role, you will serve as an IT Administrative Assistant, providing critical support to senior IT leaders. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating travel, assisting with office events, and maintaining seamless operations for the IT team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the CIO and IT leadership team, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Facilitate team operations, including document preparation, meeting coordination, and logistical support for events and presentations.
- Act as a liaison with other departments, vendors, and clients, ensuring smooth and timely communication.
- Maintain and update IT department org charts and email distribution lists.
- Support office management needs such as facility requests and office moves.
- Work closely with a second IT Administrative Assistant to ensure coverage across the IT leadership team.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- High school diploma with a minimum of 5 years of executive administrative support experience in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
