Job Summary

This exempt position will provide administrative support to the Executive Services area, including travel itineraries and expense processing for the Executive Director & CEO, and general administrative tasks as directed by and in collaboration with the Senior Executive Associate.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4-7+ years of similar professional administrative experience, with expertise in scheduling and calendar management, creating and editing PDF files, expense reporting, and professional meeting/event coordination.

Strong expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required. The ability to balance and organize multiple competing priorities in a way that ensures timely completion of all tasks is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Services area, including travel itineraries and expense processing for the Executive Director & CEO.
  • Assist the Senior Manager of Leadership Operations with Clinical Congress event management, including managing invitations, on-site arrangements, and preparations.
  • Manage ACS leader travel and itinerary preparation.
  • Provide staff support for the Bylaws and Honors Committee activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Revenue Officer.
  • Manage general administrative tasks and special projects as needed to support the work of the Executive Services area.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university is strongly preferred.
  • At least 4-7+ years of similar professional administrative experience is required.
  • Experience providing administrative support to an executive is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
  • Ability to balance and organize multiple competing priorities in a way that ensures timely completion of all tasks is essential.
